Changing the Nature of TourismAward-winning approach to new thinking on the world’s biggest industry: 4 volumes of research turned into a briefing for private sector, government, NGOs and media participants at mini-conferences held at the Royal Geographical Society. This follow up report was prepared and distributed within 5 weeks of the conferences. Our first conference, it won the 1999 ACE/Novotel Conference Organiser of the Year Award.
