Working out who matters is getting tougher. It’s no longer enough just to focus on traditional groups like diplomats, policymakers and journalists. New communications technologies have made potential pundits of us all.
At the same time, there’s a fundamental shift afoot in how we communicate. Organisations now need to think as hard about what they’ll get back from their stakeholders as they do about the messages they deliver. Meanwhile tracing and making sense of the networks and webs of influence between opinion formers can be a key strategic tool.
At River Path, we work with organisations to research and develop creative solutions to all these problems. We’ve worked in this space for, among others, Vodafone, Global Crossing, Alpha Airports Group, and the British Council.
